Ashlee Boyd serves as Managing Partner, Commercial at Thompson Thrift, where he is responsible for the oversight and growth of the company's retail division, including all site selection, acquisition, development, and leasing activities. Since joining Thompson Thrift, he has led the completion of retail projects totaling more than $350 million in market value. His focus spans retail real estate leasing and development across markets throughout the country.
Prior to Thompson Thrift, Boyd served as Senior Director, Retail Development and Leasing at Lauth Property Group. He began his career at a leading brokerage firm in Phoenix, Arizona, representing numerous national credit retailers and shopping center owners throughout Arizona. He subsequently represented retailers in their national expansion efforts as a consultant and preferred developer, completing deals across several markets, before moving to the development side of the industry, where he was involved in the leasing and development of 100 ground-up retail projects ranging from single-tenant build-to-suits to large-scale power and lifestyle centers.
