Ashley Allen joined SRS Real Estate Partners in May 2023 as a Brokerage Intern in Fort Lauderdale. In June 2024, she transitioned to a full-time role as a Transaction Coordinator, serving both Fort Lauderdale and Miami, where she specialized in Retail and Industrial Landlord and Tenant services. In January 2025, Ashley became a Client Services Associate for the Florida Industrial team, with the goal of efficiently growing the business while providing exceptional service to clients. Prior to joining SRS, Ashley interned with Simon Property Group, where she gained extensive experience in marketing strategy, digital marketing and consumer behaviors which enhanced her ability to create targeted marketing initiatives.
Ashley is a 2024 Florida State University graduate with two Bachelor of Science degrees, one in Real Estate and one in Marketing, as well as a specialization in Professional Sales. Ashley is a member of ICSC and NAIOP and is also an ICSC NextGen Committee Member.
