Bio
Austin Brooks brings a lifelong foundation in real estate and a well-rounded understanding of property development, construction quality, and investment strategy to every client relationship. Raised in a family deeply rooted in real estate, he developed an early appreciation for property investment, development, and entrepreneurship, as well as the powerful role real estate plays in building wealth and shaping communities.
Today, Austin combines that lifelong perspective with strong market knowledge, relationship-building skills, and a genuine passion for helping clients achieve their investment goals. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from East Texas A&M University, where he further developed the analytical and business skills that support his strategic approach to commercial real estate. Before entering brokerage, Austin worked with Burgess Construction Consultants, where he evaluated the energy efficiency and construction quality of properties throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This technical experience gives him a practical advantage when assessing assets and identifying value—insight that directly benefit clients navigating acquisitions, leasing opportunities, and commercial investments.
Known for his approachable nature and client-first mindset, Austin takes pride in listening carefully to his clients’ needs and helping bring their vision to life. Having lived in North Texas since 2012, he offers strong familiarity with the region and its rapidly growing commercial submarkets. Outside of work, Austin is actively involved in his church community, leads a small group, participates in men’s Bible study, and enjoys MMA, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
