Austin is member of CBRE’s Investment Properties team where he specializes in the sale of industrial, office, medical office, and land. The team is widely considered to be one of the premier investment sales brokerage teams in the US. Austin focuses on dispositions and advisory services on behalf of Institutional Clients, High-Net-Worth Owners, Developers and Clients in 1031 Exchanges.
Built with a market-leading database and led by an integrated team of experts across twelve (12) Western U.S. markets, our team provides investors with an unrivaled advantage. With over nine (9) years of industry experience, Austin originally joined CBRE as a member of the 2014 CBRE “Wheel Program”, a highly sought-after training program awarded to four college graduates in the Los Angeles / Orange County region each year. Austin is a graduate of Loyola Marymount University where he earned the Howard B. Drollinger Real Estate Scholarship as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Business Entrepreneurship. Outside the office, Austin is an avid golfer and fitness enthusiast. He also enjoys mentoring college graduates and young professionals looking to enter the Commercial Real Estate Industry.
