Avery Klatt joined the Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group in 2023. As a Director in the Houston office, her responsibilities include supporting all of the firm’s brokerage activities with a focus on the investment sales of Class A and B assets in the Houston MSA.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Avery worked with Institutional Property Advisors where she represented $750 million in sales for various multifamily investment opportunities. Avery recently received a certificate in Real Estate Investment and Development from Rice Business’ Jones Graduate School of Business.
