A 50+ year real estate career as a developer, investment banker, investor, consultant, and intermediary for both conventionally and government financed residential for rental and for-sale housing projects of plus several substantial commercial and industrial developments in South Florida and elsewhere. Having participated in the ownership or brokerage of 18,609 residential units plus 2,290,000 sq ft of commercial properties owned. Currently focused on the acquisition, assemblage, entitlement of residential apartment sites in South Florida primarily the Miami area. Had co-developed about 1,000 apartment units of which still owns and co- operates 630 affordable rental apartment units.
