Ben Harkrider is a Director for Newmark’s Student Housing group. In this role, he is responsible for facilitating client relationships, business development, pricing and marketing strategy, and overseeing the communication and organization of all student housing investment sales transactions. Harkrider is actively involved throughout the entire disposition process, from producing marketing materials and reports to assisting through due diligence. Harkrider previously led financial analyses for the Newmark Student Housing group, where he was responsible for the comprehensive analysis of over $30 billion of investment-grade student housing assets and the production of the team’s annual market reports.
