While learning from one of the best men in real estate as a child Ben came to understand the concerns of others and truly understand the needs of renters. After attending Chico State University in California, Ben moved to Florida to begin his career in Property Management. Since then he has lived in and operated Apartment Communities throughout Florida. After completing a community redevelopment project in Texas, Ben moved back to Florida to further his education and experience in real estate. Rehabilitating and operating all types of real estate is his main area of interest, though Ben is always open to new ventures and ideas.
