Ben McNaughton grew up in the real estate business as both his parents are career commercial real estate executives, and his brother works for Regency Centers in South Florida. Through these connections and with his prior work experience, Ben came to Katz & Associates. Marty Hennessy and David Emihovich, who head the Katz Florida office, are excited for Ben to join the team. Ben is looking forward to working at Katz and shares that one of his favorite things about commercial real estate is building relationships.
Ben McNaughton graduated from University of Miami where he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance and accounting with a focus on commercial real estate. While in college, Ben worked as a retail capital markets analyst for JLL. He is a licensed real estate sales associate in the state of Florida and resides in Fort Lauderdale. In his free time, Ben enjoys golfing and skiing. Ben McNaughton is a member of ICSC.
