Ben is responsible for preparing financial and market analysis of real estate acquisition and development. Additionally, Ben’s role extends to asset management, including assisting in lease analysis, scenario modeling, and portfolio allocation projections. Prior to joining Milam, Ben worked as a trading risk analyst for Valero Energy Corporation in San Antonio.
Ben graduated from Texas A&M University’s Mays Business School, with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a certificate in the Petroleum Ventures Program.
