Ben Richardson is a Senior Managing Director at Newmark. He is an industrial agent and development specialist, focusing on leasing existing industrial spaces and assisting in the sales of land for future development. He led the acquisition of 65 acres which will be the site of a mixed-use development with over 300,000 SF of Class A office and industrial space and has advised WI Commercial Properties in the development of over 450,000 SF of pre-leased industrial space and over 150,000 SF of office. Of this impressive square footage Ben’s transactions have included several headquarter leases including deals for Jive Communications, Global Payment Solutions and in January 2023, he most recently led a 200k square foot build to suit lease to a Fortune 50 company for The Boyer Company/KC Gardner development.
Based in Utah, when not adding value to his clients, Ben can be found golfing, skiing, hunting, working on entrepreneurial ventures, or donating his time to coaching little league football.
