Ben Sumner founded Centurion Real Estate Partners in 2012, when he began focusing on buying and operating value-add office and flex properties and operating a boutique brokerage business. Prior to launching this company, he was a managing director and partner at Stream Realty Partners for 10 years. At Stream, he was responsible for their investment sales and tenant representation departments, and he executed some of the company's most profitable property acquisitions. Before Stream, Mr. Sumner began his career at Baker Commercial then became a managing director at Insignia/ESG after they acquired Baker Commercial.
