Ben is the Head of the City Agency Team. He has more than 12 years experience of the City market, providing clients with a full range of agency services, including sales and lettings, freehold and leasehold acquisitions, and development advice. He has advised Old Mutual, Hypovereinsbank, Schroder Investment Management, International Power and HBoS on their occupational properties in the City, as well as developers and funds such as Welbeck Land, Hammerson, Canada Life, SEPUT and Henderson Global Investors.
