In over 15 years in business, Benn successfully closed over 375 escrows totaling over $1B in apartment transactions, representing both buyers and sellers. He has not only worked with private investors but also with the city and institutional groups as well.
Benn Vogelsang is a native of California. In 2008, he graduated from the Honors Program at the University of Washington in Seattle with a double major in International Political Economy and Political Science. In college he started for 4 years on the Men’s Husky Lacrosse team and was the Vice President of his fraternity, Delta Upsilon. From 2007-2009, Benn owned and managed a franchise with College Pro Painters where he operated one of the most successful franchises in North America with regard to sales produced and customer satisfaction. Benn’s family has owned multi-family and industrial commercial real estate assets in California for almost 70 years as well as owned and operated several family businesses ranging from construction to retail.
