Bio
Bertille is the Director of Research at DWNTWN Realty Advisors, where she directs the firm’s quarterly market research. Born and raised in Paris, France, she moved to the US after high school to experience a different culture, take on new challenges, and seek out better opportunities. Prior to joining DWNTWN, Bertille was a Research Assistant for the Hollo School of Real Estate at Florida International University (FIU) where she contributed to academic research. She graduated from FIU with a Bachelor’s in Real Estate and Finance. Bertille has applied experience in data science and research with fluency in statistical programming and complex financial modeling.
