Beth Medved Waller returned to her hometown in Virginia, USA after college and began her real estate career in 2002. She has earned recognition as a top producing Realtor locally, regionally and nationally. Her most recent recognitions include: #1 Listings in the Front Royal branch office as well as Northern Virginia Manassas office every year since her first full year as a KW Realtor in 2018.
Beth ranked as the #1 Listings Sold Associate in the Weichert Capital Region of MD, VA, and DC for the seven years leading to her departure to open Team Waller Real Estate in 2014. She closed her thriving brokerage because she missed working directly with all clients and to have more time for philanthropic initiatives. Beth has been named one of “America’s Top 100 Real Estate Agents,” ranked as a “Top 10 Video Influencer in the Real Estate Industry” by Bomb Bomb, has authored articles for leading industry publications and was awarded the Keller Williams Realty VA/West VA 2019 Regional Cultural Summit Superstar award.
The local organizations & initiatives she supports currently & in the past range from individually funding a community meeting center as well as a nonprofit office center (closed due to covid) to hundreds of thousands donated to support local & global causes. She has served on the Chamber of Commerce Board or Directors (recognized as a Chamber of Commerce “Citizen of the Year”), as Chair of the Warren County American Red Cross (received the Clara Barton Award for Meritorious Leadership), as Campaign Chair for the United Way for many years and as a Past President of the Rotary Club of the Northern Shenandoah Valley.
She formed a 501(c)(3) of her own called WHAT MATTERS in 2018. For 5+ years she worked in several areas to provide aid to children and women in Uganda. In 2023 she became a board member for Gift Connect & a volunteer for the Center for Altruistic Living in NYC. In 2025 she became an active member of the Global Woman’s Club of NYC. Most importantly, Beth is a thankful parent of fantastic young adults—Will (22) and Sara (20 who recently got her real estate license to work alongside her mother).
