Bio
With 20+ years of experience, Bhavin has led investment management, transactions and real estate development, overseeing over $2 billion of real estate on behalf of public REITs and private equity firms. Before establishing Sage Lane Partners, Bhavin led asset management of equity investments for Real Estate funds at Fortress Investment Group.
Bhavin’s prior roles include key leadership positions at LaSalle Hotel Properties (NYSE: LHO), White Lodging, Hotel Asset Value Enhancement, and HREC Investment Advisors. He began his real estate career after earning a Masters degree from Cornell University and a BA in Hospitality Business and Real Estate from Michigan State University.
