A few examples include: a building purchase/leaseback with a short term credit tenant that included an undervalued annex for a prompt capital gain, a client was given an excessive restoration bill at lease expiration but was able to reduce the bill by 50%, and a client was able to achieve a fixed rental rate for a large HVAC property for 10 years.
Furthermore, Bill represents clients nationwide with local execution to manage every step of the process. Bill served as President of a Dallas-based wholesale parts distribution company, designed and sold warehouse storage systems for over 15 million square feet located throughout 18 states, and worked as a commercial loan officer at a predecessor to Bank of America.
