Blake Bentz joined Newmark in 2016 and currently serves as an Associate Director in the firm’s Bellevue, Washington office. Blake specializes in both tenant and landlord representation with a focus on industrial product types.
Most recently, Blake worked in the downtown Seattle office market under the guidance ofa Newmark Top Producing Team, where he specialized in representing both landlords and tenants in office leasing transactions.
Beginning his Newmark career, Blake served as a Research Associate in Newmark’s Seattle office, where he led the production of market intelligence related to market and economic activity.
