Mr. Kaplan specializes in dual agency, representing both landlords and tenants in commercial real estate transactions. On the landlord side, his expertise spans retail development, redevelopment projects, mixed-use properties with ground floor retail, repurposing of restaurant spaces, outparcel opportunities, strategic planning, and consultancy services for property owners, retailers, and local governments. Blake currently oversees leasing for several high-profile agency assignments, collaborating closely with national, regional, and local brands to secure optimal locations that align with their strategic goals and market positioning.
Blake is one of the founding members of the National Food & Beverage team for JLL. Working closely with national, regional and local operators to facilitate national roll outs and their expansion into multi-markets.
