Blake Sullivan serves as Director, Acquisitions with GID Industrial. Mr. Sullivan is responsible for the sourcing, underwriting, and the execution of industrial investments in his respective U.S. markets.
Prior to joining GID, Mr. Sullivan served as Vice President at Colony Capital working in both asset management and investment management for the Colony Industrial Fund, a 60 million square foot industrial portfolio. Mr. Sullivan also worked for PS Business Parks, serving the S&P MidCap 400 real estate investment trust in various roles and in multiple U.S. markets.
Mr. Sullivan received a BBA in Finance from Texas Christian University.
