Bob focuses on the leasing and sale of office and flex properties in the San Francisco East Bay, and provides transactional and tenant advisory for major corporations. A number of Bob’s agency assignments have spanned decades, through up and down cycles in the market. In connection with tenant advisory, Bob is experienced in providing the single-point-of-contact administration of multi-market real estate assignments for national and regional corporate clients including AIG (American International Group), Verizon Wireless, Vodafone and Comcast (including its predecessors TCI and AT&T Broadband).
He is a seasoned commercial real estate advisor, enjoying a brokerage career of nearly 35 years. In addition to brokerage, Bob possesses a multi-faceted real estate background which encompasses finance, commercial mortgage banking and residential development. Prior to joining Transwestern in 2012, Bob spent 19 years with Grubb & Ellis. While at Grubb & Ellis, he was consistently one of the top producers in Grubb & Ellis’ East Bay office, receiving many national Circle of Excellence recognition awards, which was only awarded to the Company’s top-producing professionals.
