Bob’s market area includes Connecticut with a major concentration in Eastern CT. With Transaction volume of five to six million dollar annually and an average of 20-25 transactions per year Bob offers a wide range of experience in industrial, office, land and retail leasing and sales. Bob was named principal at the Connecticut office of Colliers in January of 2007.
Bob is a Principal in the Colliers Connecticut office and has been a top producer for the past five years. Previous professional experience includes 20 years as a Manager/Entrepreneur.
