Bobby Benton specializes in brokerage and advisory services of institutional and private entities throughout the tri-county area. During his career, he has developed considerable experience and expertise in marketing, analysis, strategy implementation, and execution on behalf of owners and tenants in South Florida.
Over the past 10 years, Bobby has completed over 10M SF of commercial real estate transactions. Significant roles include the acquisition, disposition, consulting and advisory on behalf of Bridge Industrial, Foundry, ModLo, Principal Life Insurance, Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, King Ocean Services, Millennium Partners, Bacardi USA, and others.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Benton spent nearly a decade at Avison Young in various roles, including brokerage, research and marketing. Mr. Benton began his commercial real estate career as a Research Analyst at Flagler Real Estate Services.
