Brad Barham has been associated with Marcus & Millichap since 2008. Brad specializes in the Saint Louis, Missouri Apartment Market working with private clients. He has closed over $100 MM in real estate transactions over the course of his career. Brad is licensed in the States of Missouri, Mississippi, and Alabama. Brad has worked on multifamily investments across several states specifically Alabama, Missouri, Mississippi, Tennessee, Texas, and Louisiana. Brad’s sales and marketing expertise come from Marcus & Millichap’s training. Brad gained expertise on multifamily operations through his experience as the founder of a management company which he subsequently sold prior to moving to St. Louis to pursue multifamily brokerage full time. Over his 10-year plus career Brad has served as an expert witness in lawsuits between lenders and borrowers, has advised many banks and private clients on distressed assets, managed single construction projects in excess of $2.5 MM, provided capital needs lists to clients, managed properties from A-D asset classes, and sold $100 MM in multifamily assets for institutional and private clients, asset management groups, private equity groups, syndicators, and banks.
Most recently Brad has become affiliated with the Note Advisory Services of Marcus & Millichap as an analyst and associate in Missouri and Mississippi.
