With a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) and the Certified Economic Developer (CEcD) designation, Brad brings a wealth of expertise in economic development, community engagement, and infrastructure planning.
Under his leadership, Long County has advanced regional partnerships, including the Tri-95 Georgia Joint Development Authority, which fosters collaboration among Liberty, Long, and McIntosh counties to strengthen industrial and commercial development along the I-95 corridor.
