Bio
As a Vice President at Hanley Investment Group, Brad Dessy is a retail investment sales professional advising clients in the acquisition and disposition of single–tenant and multi-tenant retail investments with an emphasis in the Southern California and Texas markets.
Brad began his commercial real estate career in Chicago, first in retail leasing and later with a full-service firm focusing predominantly on investment sales. He later refined and narrowed his focus to retail investment sales with a boutique Chicago firm before joining Hanley Investment Group in 2019. Brad graduated with honors in 2011 from DePaul University in Chicago with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations and Advertising and a minor in Spanish. He is a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson, an active member of ICSC, and is a CCIM Designee.
Born and raised in Southern California, Brad is a fourth-generation Californian and currently resides in Orange County. He loves to travel and has trekked throughout Central and South America from Panama down to Patagonia. He also enjoys rock climbing with his wife (whom he met rock climbing), surfing, and hiking with his dad on the Palos Verdes Peninsula.
