Brad joined SRS Real Estate Partners in 2011 as an Associate in the Dallas/Ft. Worth office and is a member of the Dallas/Fort Worth Investment Services and Portfolio Disposition team. As a member of the Investment Services team, Brad works with institutional and local landlords, developers and investors on the sale of single-tenant net lease and multi-tenant properties. Assisting of the Portfolio Disposition team, Brad conducts market valuation analysis and sources tenants for distressed properties. His clients include Cypress Equities Companies, North American Development Group, AEI Capital Corporation, and Sun Holdings.
