While his background includes a strong foundation in commercial and income-producing properties, Brad’s day-to-day focus is on helping clients navigate real estate with confidence.
Brad’s strengths are rooted in an executive background in purchasing, budgeting, and project management. During his time with Western Scientific in San Diego, he managed a multi-million-dollar portfolio of institutional facilities and led high-level negotiations and cost controls, experience that translates directly to today’s real estate market through sharp pricing strategy, detail-oriented contract management, and disciplined decision-making.
