Bradley’s commercial real estate experience covers all aspects of the business including retail, office and Investments sales. Some of his sales highlights include 1101 Stewart Ave, 445/475 and 500 Northern Blvd. Retail deals include 10,000 square foot lease to Amerasia Bank, Dollar Tree, Dunkin Donuts, Total Care RX, Veterinary Care Group, The Smilist Group.
Office deals include Leaders in Travel, Pillinger Miller Law Firm, Goodwill Industries. Prior to joining Parallel Group, Mr. Diamond was a Managing Director and partner of Lee & Associates Long Island Office and started his career with Coldwell Banker Commercial where he was named Top Commercial Producer for Long Island and Queens every year, from 2008-2012.
He is a founding member of the Great Neck Business Circle and holds board positions with the Great Neck Chamber of Commerce and Commercial Industrial Brokers Society (CIBS). Bradley is married for almost 30 years and has two sons 26 and 22. When not working, he and enjoys playing golf and beach volleyball.
