Bio
Bradley Foster is a graduate of the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. In 2014, he was honored by Crain’s Detroit Business as a “Dynamo to Watch”, and listed as one of Detroit’s Top 20 in their 20s, and he has been written up in number of other publications. This recognition was a culmination of Brad’s work as a serial entrepreneur since the age of ten. Brad’s business philosophy has always been opportunistic, and therefore, his investments span an array of industries. Brad started his first company, Spark Force, which operated in several states across the country. Spark Force is a computer sales and repairs business that fixes and sells computer hardware to residential and business clients. While running Spark Force, Brad started a chauffeur service that transported clients to and from the airport, bars, and restaurants in town, and was a precursor to Uber. From there, Brad started and sold a variety of other companies, from restaurants to online startups. While at Wharton, Brad purchased a distressed boutique resort and travel agency in Southern Costa Rica. During the three years that he owned the business, Brad completely renovated the building, acquired adjacent properties, and tripled occupancy in the hotel. In 2011, Brad sold the hotel and business for a 3X return. After the sale, Brad began dedicating his time to real estate, and founded Foster Financial Company and the Foster Financial Development Co. as the President. Through Foster Financial, Brad has acquired multiple office buildings in the greater Detroit area, built them out, and leased them to full occupancy in a short amount of time. Foster Financial continues growing its opportunistic real estate portfolio to maximize returns for its investors.
