Bio
Bradley Johnson is a Senior Managing Director and leads real estate operations within the West Division for the Property Management business. Bradley oversees a multifamily portfolio of over 100,000 active and pipeline units within California and Hawaii. In addition to property operations, Bradley maintains management oversight of marketing, construction services, and client services within his division.
Bradley was previously an Investment Manager of Greystar’s owned asset portfolio on the West Coast, totaling 11,390 units at the time. Before joining Greystar in 2007, Bradley was a Global Account Director for Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. in New York City. Bradley serves on the Board of Directors of the California Apartment Association and is a frequent participant at industry events. He also serves on the board of a local nonprofit organization focused on community building and disaster recovery efforts.
Bradley received his bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his Master’s in Real Estate Finance & Development from Columbia University.
