Brandon has nearly 5 years of commercial real estate experience across investment, acquisition, disposition, and asset management activities.
Most recently, Brandon spent 2 years as an Associate at Carroll Organization, where he focused on sourcing and executing value-add multifamily acquisitions in the Southeast. During his time there, he participated in the acquisition of $1.9 billion.
Prior to Carroll Organization, Brandon was an Assistant Vice President at Walker & Dunlop where he assisted in the disposition of $1.6 billion in institutional multifamily assets in Atlanta, South Florida, and Central Florida. He was responsible for underwriting, performing detailed market analyses, and producing offering memorandums.
Brandon began his career with Jamestown as an Asset Management Analyst for $700 million of office and retail assets primarily located in San Francisco and Boston. At Jamestown, he specialized in financial analysis, reporting, and the preparation and execution of annual business plans.
Brandon earned a B.B.A in Real Estate at the University of Georgia.
