Bio
As President, Brantly Minor currently directs the day-to-day management and operations of the company. He is responsible for all areas including income producing real estate, selling, leasing, and acquisition of property for third parties, due diligence for acquisitions and refinancing, commercial mortgage financing, and legal services activities. Since founding Discovery Consultants in 1996 Brantly has focused the business on building a geographical expertise in the greater Houston, Texas market. Over the past decade, he has also established a focus on representing international companies who actively invest in income producing properties in the U.S., most prominently in the Houston area, and who require a high degree of professional client services.
Prior to founding Discovery, Brantly worked in commercial real estate investment for the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, as well as in asset management, appraisal, redevelopment, and investment both in Texas and in Florida. He has traveled extensively throughout the U.S. on various real estate projects for over 20 years. He earned a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Houston.
