Brayden brings a strong foundation in land development and a passion for delivering value in commercial real estate. With 4 years of experience in site planning, construction documents, and permitting, he offers deep insight into the development process—making him an asset for clients navigating complex land deals.
A licensed broker in North Carolina and sales representative in South Carolina, Brayden has been full-time in brokerage since January 2022 and will celebrate his first year with SVN this August.
Academically, he earned a B.S. in Applied Business Management from BYU–Idaho with a 3.83 GPA and is set to begin his M.S. in Real Estate Development and Finance at UNC Charlotte this fall.
