Breck graduated from Centre College in Danville, KY with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. He began his real estate career on the development side and has specialized in industrial real estate since 2008. Initially focusing on industrial tenant and landlord representation, he has completed hundreds of transactions for clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to local investors. Given his entrepreneurial spirit, Breck has pivoted his attention to investor and buyer representation over the last several years.
