Brendan Jordan is the co-manager of the Denver, Colorado branch of North Forest Office Providers. Brendan got his start in the real estate development field at the early age of five when he would go to work with his father, Roy Jordan, the founder of North Forest Office Providers. When he turned eighteen, he started working on construction projects during school breaks and throughout the summer months. Through hard work and dedication, Brendan quickly climbed his way up to running exterior site work and building shells.
Brendan Jordan attended St. Bonaventure University in Olean, NY, and graduated in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. After graduation, Brendan joined the North Forest team full time in the Buffalo NY office, and began to learn the administrative and development ends of the business while still managing construction projects. In 2007, Brendan moved to Denver, Colorado to help get North Forest’s Denver operations up and running. Together with co-manager, Brett Steinbar, they currently manage North Forest’s construction, development, leasing, and property management for the Denver market.
Brendan Jordan is a member of the Denver Metro Commercial Association of Realtors, and the North Metro Denver Realtor Association. His future goals include taking the North Forest program to markets in Texas.
