Bret joined the Lee & Associates South Bay team in February 2003 with a business focus in the Industrial marketplace.
Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Bret spent 14 years in business-to-business sales in the Data-Telecommunications field and has worked for Verizon, GE Capital, and Qwest Communications.
With his proven track record in outside sales, Bret's transition into the commercial real estate world was seamless. The business sales experience and training he acquired, along with his familiarization to the real estate environment during the process, made for an instantly harmonious assimilation into the Lee & Associates group of "street-smart brokers".
