Bio
Prior to joining Segovia Retail Group, Bretley worked with Granite Properties as an Assistant Property Manager where she oversaw six commercial office buildings and an assortment of restaurant and retail space. In her time here Ms. Roche worked with a variety of tenants and landlords, often overseeing build-outs, reviewing lease language, and working with advanced financial reporting.
Bretley earned a bachelor degree Sociology and a minor in Business from Baylor University in Waco, Texas. She is an active member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), The Real Estate Council and (TREC). Ms. Bretley Roche holds a real estate license in the state of Texas, a LEED Green Associate Certification, and an RPA (Real Property Administrator) Certification.
