Brett Fuller is an Atlanta native who joined TSCG in 2005. As a Senior Vice President and Partner, he’s responsible for improving shopping center productivity by implementing precise marketing, merchandising, tenant-mix, and leasing/sales strategies. He has provided advisory services for various types of retail developments including neighborhood, convenience, mixed use, community, and specialty centers. He has worked with institutional and regional owners such as Urbana, Bentall Kennedy, Site Services, Inland, Fuqua Development, and Mimms Enterprises. As a member of ICSC, Brett has hosted several roundtable discussions. He received his BBA degree from the University of Georgia and his MBA degree from Georgia State University.
