Brett Ratay joined Lincoln Property Company in 2013 and specializes in leasing institutionally owned office properties in suburban Chicago. Prior to joining Lincoln, Brett was a Senior Managing Director at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank since July 2005. Over the course of his career, Brett has successfully completed over 300 transactions and has been consistently recognized as a top producer. Brett is a graduate of Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science degree and resides in Palatine.
