Brian Dennis specializes in advisory consulting and the disposition and acquisition of industrial properties across Southern California. Brian leverage's his expertise in private equity and established relationships with investors, developers, institutions, and 1031-exchange buyers to deliver strategic solutions that strengthen their clients’ investment positions. Brian focuses on building lasting relationships with leading private clients, developers, private equity firms, and REITs. His client-first approach emphasizes maximizing opportunities and driving long-term financial success. Prior to joining Matthews™, Brian gained experience at Meridian Capital in New York City, where he supported valuation, tours, outreach, and marketing efforts across the New York Metropolitan area.
