Bio
Brian Donley manages Development and Construction for LBX. In his role, he oversees all value-add development and tenant construction activities. Brian has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience on both regional and national platforms. Prior to joining LBX he worked in Chicago for ShopCore Properties (a Blackstone affiliate), where he led the Development and Construction teams for the company’s entire portfolio. Prior to ShopCore, he was with Federal Realty Investment Trust, where he executed on development and redevelopment projects in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions consisting of both retail and multi-family. His first role in retail development was with Regency Centers from 2005-2009. Brian is a native of Pennsylvania and currently resides in the Chicago suburbs with his wife and two children. He is a graduate of Lebanon Valley College.
