Bio
Prior to joining Cresa in 2025, Brian joined Tenant Consulting Services in 2010 and Studley in 2005, bringing more than 17 years of commercial tenant advisory experience. Brian specializes exclusively in the representation of corporate tenants with a strategic review and analysis process relating to the acquisition and disposition of real estate.
Prior to joining Studley, Brian was a Senior Director/Principal with Cushman & Wakefield/CREA and also a Senior Vice President with Irving Hughes in San Diego. Brian is among the most prolific real estate specialists in San Diego County commercial leasing and sales. He has negotiated more than 650 lease and sale transactions totaling over 12 million square feet.
Before Cushman & Wakefield/CREA and Irving Hughes, Brian was part of the Corporate Advisory Group of CB Richard Ellis, Inc., responsible for developing and implementing strategic real estate plans for corporate clients.
Along with aggressively representing his clients’ interests, Brian is also an early stage investor in such companies and venture funds as Mission Ventures, Mesa Verde Venture Partners, Telephony@Work, Confirmnet Corp., Sunrise Bank of San Diego and Security Business Bank of San Diego.
