Brian Krueger is Senior Vice President of Strategic Services for Coldwell Banker Premier Realty (“CBPR”). He is a leader in residential and commercial real estate in Las Vegas. During his 31-year real estate career, he has closed over $2.4 billion in business.
Brian is a highly skilled negotiator who is determined to exceed the expectations of his clients. He is passionate about his clients and creating Win-Win agreements. With Brian’s extensive background and expertise in real estate he leads the team at CBPR on macro and micro market trends, analytics, residential and commercial developments and more. He is also a certified facilitator with the Franklin Covey organization teaching The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and The 4 Disciplines of Execution to employees and real estate agents at CBPR.
Krueger is a Washington State University graduate and realized at an early age his deep passion for serving others, leadership and mentoring. Brian loves investing time with his family, staying physically fit, is currently board chair for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes in Southern Nevada and is passionate about inspiring student-athletes to harness their talent to positively influence others.
