Brian McGrath brings over 39 years of real estate experience to every transaction. His career has spanned three decades, and has taken a new position as President - McGrath Realty Inc. Prior positions have run the gamut from owning his own very successful agency in Bedford from 1990 to 1998, selling his company to Coldwell Banker to being one of Coldwell Banker’s top producers for four consecutive years. Never one to rest on his laurels, in 2003, Brian left Colwell Banker to join Prudential Serls Prime Properties, opening a new office for them in Katonah. His first year sales there topped eighty million dollars. Brian then left Katonah for small town Pawling where he resides. Born and raised in Katonah, Brian has been married for 31 years and has three beautiful daughters.
