Brian began his career at Lee & Associates - Ontario in 2001 where he specialized in land, developer and tenant representation. Between 2005-2008 Brian was Director of Acquisitions for Pharris Properties. During that time Pharris Properties invested in approximately $375 Million in total deal consideration in the West and Midwest including 2.5 million square feet of office and over 500 acres of industrial land. Brian rejoined Lee & Associates - Ontario in 2008 focusing on distressed assets, tenant, investor and developer representation.
