Brian Sweeting is a Senior Associate at Meybohm Commercial focusing on opportunistic and value-add investments for the real estate principal investment area. Since joining Meybohm Commercial, Brian has directed and supported acquisition strategies, capital structuring, and portfolio management. He further works closely with principles in identifying, creating and accelerating value-add opportunities.
Prior to joining Meybohm, Brian served as a portfolio manager of both private credit investments and secured lending spanning a wide variety of asset classes and geographies. Responsibilities included originating, analyzing, restructuring, executing and monitoring credit investments. Brian began his career in a capital allocation at a publicly traded REIT where he interfaced and sourced shareholders and lenders.
