Brian Tulibaski is a seasoned commercial real estate agent in Fargo, ND, with over 25 years of real estate investment experience, helping clients navigate commercial real estate opportunities in North Dakota and Minnesota. Residing in West Fargo with my wife, Kate, and our five children, Brooks (8), Brody (5), Brock (3), Briggs (2), and our newborn daughter Baylor, I balance my professional life with family, faith, and community involvement.
Growing up on a family farm in Argyle, MN, I gained a strong work ethic and a deep appreciation for small business. Farm life taught me perseverance, problem solving, and common sense, while also providing valuable insights into land use, property value, finance, and economics, knowledge that now shapes my approach to commercial real estate.
Outside of real estate, I stay busy attending NDSU sporting events, spending time at our lake cabin in Nevis, MN, coaching my sons' sports teams, chauffeuring them to their many activities, and teaching Sunday school at Hope Lutheran Church.
