As the Regional President of Kolter Urban’s Florida West Coast division, Brian is responsible for executing the firm’s strategy in the region.
His responsibilities encompass site acquisition, entitlements, design, construction, delivery, and financial performance.
Throughout his career, Brian has developed thousands of condo units in Florida and across the U.S., along with extensive experience in commercial, hospitality, and single-family projects. He graduated from Wentworth Institute of Technology with a focus in Construction Management and Architectural Engineering. Additionally, Brian holds a Florida sales associate license, is a LEED AP, and has held multiple GC licenses.
